Service Description
Save yourself the headache and let me take care of mobile optimization for you! In this 2 hour session I'll work "behind the scenes" to get the mobile version of your Wix website polished. This service includes mobile optimization for up to 10 pages of content. You'll get a before/after recording and a light audit of feedback on your site to help you continue to improve your web presence. NOTE: This is not a live 1-on-1 training session. You do not need to be present during the time that you have scheduled this service- but you can expect your recording when the session ends.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for booking a training session with me! Please review the following policy regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellation with at least 24 hours’ notice: You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund or credit toward a future session. Cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session are not eligible for a refund, but we may offer a one-time reschedule at our discretion. No-shows: If you do not attend your scheduled session and fail to provide notice, the session will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable. If we have discussed the work you are requesting (mobile optimization, adding features, etc) I will use your scheduled time to complete the work that I can and provide a video updating you on the work I have completed. Rescheduling You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance at no charge by contacting me directly. I understand that emergencies happen—if something unexpected comes up, please reach out and I will do my best to accommodate! Late Arrivals If you are late to your session, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session may be marked as a no-show and no refund will be issued.
